At a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
APPROVED with conditions – Application #22-182-Z: Connecticut Water Company, Applicant, applying for a Special Exception, under Section 10.7 relating to permanent signs in residential districts and 10.7.1 under non-commercial signs, to permit relocation and replacement of an existing street sign with said sign not exceeding 24 square feet, 6 feet in any dimension nor exceeding 5 feet in height at Heritage Village Wastewater Treatment Plant, 316 Heritage Road (128-70-8), Zone R-30A.
