At a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
DENIED for lack of hardship – Application #22-334-Z, Marvin Orellana, Applicant, applying for a Variance to the Zoning Regulations, under Schedule B Line 8, relating to minimum setback from property line, to permit a 36 x 15 pavilion structure and retaining wall at 346 Jeremy Swamp Road, Zone R-60.
