The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Stevie Sacco for approval of a Special Exception & Site Plan Application – Table Service Restaurant to be located at 22 Poverty Road, Map 29, Block 66, Lot 12; Zone B-2C.
The Site Plans entitled “INTERIOR ALTERATIONS THE BEVY COMPANY, 20 POVERTY ROAD, SOUTHBURY, CT (3 sheets: A-2, A-3, A-4) prepared by Elevated Design Works, LLC, BBS Design, LLC dated October 3, 2022 are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F 32 Poverty Road, LLC; on the North East by land N/F KPMM Realty Holdings, LLC; on the East by land N/F KB Holdings, LLC; on the South by land N/F HLB Properties, LLC; and on the West by land N/F JK Properties, LLC, land N/F Poverty Road; on the North West by land N/F Offmainre, LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
