At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to Adopt the Town of Southbury’s 2022 Plan of Conservation and Development, [A POCD must outline eligibility for the PA-490 open space program. Southbury’s open space assessment criteria apply to all parcels and tracts of land in the Town that are subject to property taxation, except that the following properties are not eligible:]; subject to a change in the language as it pertains to the PA490 calculation of open space (replace with “10 acres or more”); with an effective date of March 1, 2023.
