At a regular meeting on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 the Southbury Zoning Commission took the following action:
APPROVED with conditions: Application #22-039-Z, PDD #18, Southbury Plaza (applicant), for approval of change of / added use to PDD #18 from retail to Medical Offices for Building 3 Section 1 at 100 Main Street South, Southbury Plaza.
