The Southbury Historic District Commission has scheduled the following public hearing on Monday, July 10, 2023, at the Old Town Hall Museum, 624 South Britain Road, at 7:00 p.m.
- Alan Bietsch for Lipper Holdings, LLC, 688 Main Street North, is building a new 2-car garage and renovating the driveway to be more in keeping with the historic nature of the house and property.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF LOCATION due to an outdoor concert at Town Hall, which consumes all available parking.
