At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve a Modification to the Special Exception for the Bevy Company, 22 Poverty Road for a revision to the hours of operation for the table service restaurant; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Zoning Commission for an amendment to PDD#19 Willow Creek Estates regulation text for color changes to single family dwellings.
