Proposed Ordinances
Notice is hereby given that the Southbury Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 of the Southbury Town Hall to hear comments on the following draft Ordinances:
- Proposed Ordinance Banning Cannabis Establishments
- Proposed Ordinance Prohibiting Use of Cannabis on Town Property
Copies of the proposed Ordinances are on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and also at www.southbury-ct.org.
