APPROVED with conditions and resolution passed for: 29 Heritage Crest Drive, PDD #4. Petitioner, Kurt Bengsten is seeking approval for storage shed/garage for storing maintenance equipment.
APPROVED with conditions and resolution passed for: Application # 23-330-Z – 80 Heritage Road, PDD #6. Petitioner, Gail McTaggert is seeking approval to add balconies to the second floor residential units.
