The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Rylex LLC & Blastech Inc. (Andrew & AnnMarie Nagy owners & applicants) for approval of a Special Exception Temporary Soil Extraction Application – To remove 3,070 cubic yards of material from property located at 1416 Southford Road, Map 54, Block 28, Lots 5 & 6A; Zone B-1A.
The Site Plans entitled “PROPOSED EXCAVATION PLAN, prepared for Rylex LLC Parcel 54-28-5-6A #1416 Southford Road (Route 67) Southbury, Connecticut by Jones Engineering LLC, October 10, 2023 containing 1 page” are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F Global Montello Group Corporation, by land N/F Putling Greens 1 LLC and by Southford Road; on the East by land N/F GSG Enterprises LLC; on the South by Gregory & Dana Boynton; on the West by land N/F Hairy Dog Realty LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
