DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to recommend the request by the Historical Tree Restoration Committee for placement of a streetscape bench in honor of Pat Kearns to the Board of Selectmen.
VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Commission 8-3a (b) Referral – PDD#22 Southbury Storage, Text Amendment & Site Plan Modification changing the maximum lot coverage to 22.5% for the site.
