DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At a special meeting on Tuesday, May 07, 2024 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
DENIED – Application # 24-052-Z: 407 South Britain Road, Stefano Dimeglio (applicant/owner). To build an emergency exit/sitting area. Construction of an 8 x 8 deck/landing with steps to grade in which to allow secondary egress from the building.
