NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Sicily Foods LLC (Joseph Sampieri – applicant) for approval of a Special Exception & Site Plan Application – Flower Shop at 774 Main Street South.
The Site Plans for the “FLOWER SHOP” as prepared by Joseph Sampieri, dated May 17, 2024 containing 5 pages are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F 760 Main Street South; on the East by land N/F Main Street South; on the South by land N/F Main Street South; on the West by land N/F 800 Main Street South.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
