The Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:30 p.m. for the following application:
- Application # 24-1106-Z: Application for a Special Exception – Soil Extraction Permit – 180 Lower Fish Rock Road, Southbury, CT 06488. Mr. Rick Yarsolt (Owner); Mr. Bryan Nesteriak of B & B Engineering (Applicant). Seeking approval for excavation, grading, removal of top-soil, earth and gravel under terms of the Zoning Regulations including Section 8 - Earth Removal. Site plan provided with this application.
- Application #24-361-Z: PDD# 8; Amendment # 22: Modification of Detailed Plans – 775 Main Street South, Southbury, CT 06488. Ms. Mistie Certain for Regency Centers (Applicant). Amendment #20 of PDD #8 for signage regulation. Plans provided with the application.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
