ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South; Room 205 at 7:00 P.M. for the following application:
Application # 25-001-Z: 60 Sleepy Hollow Road, Southbury CT 06488 Mr.& Mrs. Ryan and Janice Delp (applicants/owners) applying for a Variance of Section 13 (13.6) to Zoning Regulations. Currently a single story structure, owners are seeking approval to build a proposed one bedroom, two story framed structure on a new concrete basement foundation. Proposed foundation will retain original footprint of the existing structure. A wheel chair ramp with covered wheelchair decking is proposed on the opposite side, southern exposure of the foundation which does not encroach on the minimum setbacks from the side or rear of the property lines as reflected on the survey. Site plan provided with this application.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
