Decision of the Zoning Commission

At a regular meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 the Southbury Zoning Commission took the following action:

APPROVED with conditions and resolution passed for:
Application # 25-022-Z: PDD# 9 (Assisted Living); Amendment #8: 655 Main Street South, Southbury, CT 06488. Mr. Peter Olson on behalf of the owner Monarch Communities, Healthcare REIT Inc. (Applicant). Modification of Detailed Plans under the terms and conditions of the Zoning Regulations - Seeking approval to replace the existing road sign with a similarly sized sign but oriented ninety degrees to the road instead of being parallel to the road to increase visibility of the facility entrance to passing motorists.
