At their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025, at the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission the following action was taken:
WITHDRAWN - Application# 1749: 33 Burma Road (Subdivision), Southbury CT 06488. Ms. Esma Selmani (Applicant). Proposed three lot subdivision. Two lots will be developed for duplex residential dwellings and one lot developed as a single family dwelling with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). All proposed structures are to be located outside of the upland review area. Seeking approval for the following proposed work within the upland review area. Proposed work will be limited to minor grading, small storm water detention systems and associated grading. Site plan provided with this application.
Commissioner Hornbecker stated into the record that application #1749 has been officially withdrawn.
WITHDRAWN - Application# 1750: 33 Burma Road (Parcel A - Mixed Use Development), Southbury CT 06488. Ms. Esma Selmani (Applicant). Proposed mixed use development with 10,857 square feet building of commercial space on the first floor and with ten residential units on the second floor. All proposed work will take place outside the upland review area. No activities will take place within the wetlands property. Site plan provided with this application.
Commissioner Hornbecker stated into the record that application #1750 has been officially withdrawn.
