DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At a Special Meeting on Monday, May 5, 2025 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED UNANIMOUSLY AND PASSED on the motion made by Commissioner Chairman Teardo; seconded by Commissioner Greenspan to recommend the approval for the undertaking of the re-zoning of the IBM property in alliance with the Zoning Commission as an alternative to hiring an independent contractor; subject to administrative requirements.
