PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South; Room 205 at 6:30 P.M. for the following application:
Application # 25-0706-ZC: 60 Sleepy Hollow Road, Southbury CT 06488. Mr. Ryan Delp (Applicant/Owner). Seeking approval for the delivery of a pre-built wood framed shed style structure with an overhead door on a gravel pad (not on a permanent foundation). Proposed structure will replace existing non-conforming shed located 1 foot from the property line as reflected on the survey. Site plan provided with this application.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
