All those persons who have not previously filed with the Assessor, who qualify pursuant to section 12-81 of the General Statutes must file with the Assessor by October 1, 2025.
For totally disabled, you must submit your original letter of award from Social Security or Veterans Affairs.
For blind persons, a letter from your doctor indicating your visual acuity is required.
Letters must be submitted to the Assessor’s Office.
