TOWN OF SOUTHBURY ZONING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Commission requested an extension and will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205-A at 7:00 P.M. for the following application:
Petition To Amend Section -12 of the Zoning Regulations: Southbury Zoning Commission (Petitioner) proposing to amend Section 12 of the Southbury Zoning Regulations to handle Planned Development Units (PDUs) on Main Street South in the same manner as Planned Development Districts (PDDs).
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
