The following decision was made at the Wednesday, January 13, 2021 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
VOTED unanimously to APPROVE Application #11178, PDD#8, Modification #12, Regency Centers, applying for Modification of Detailed Plans under Section 12.5.2 (b)(i) and (ii), to conform with Section 7 of the Zoning Regulations, for a dual-concept restaurant to be known as “Lucas Local” and “Mission:Salad”, on property located at 775 Main Street South (Southbury Green) – Approval of Detailed Plans, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
