The Southbury Board of Assessment Appeals will meet during the month of March 2021 at the Southbury Town Hall. Property owners wishing to appeal their October 1, 2020 assessments for real estate, personal property and motor vehicle supplemental, must make application for a hearing.
Your request must be submitted in writing on a prescribed form that can be obtained in the Assessor’s Office or online at www.southbury-ct.org. This form must be submitted on or before February 22, 2021.
