The Southbury Zoning Commission will continue the Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 in the Southbury Town Hall located at 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:30 p.m. for the following application:
Application #11172, Petition by Southbury Storage Property, LLC (dba Southbury Self Storage) to amend the Zoning Regulations (Section 12) and Zoning Map for the establishment of a Planned Development District for proposed storage area addition to an existing warehouse storage building (General Plans) for property located at 82 Poverty Road.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard. Written communications will also be received.
