The following decision was made at the Wednesday, February 10, 2021 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
VOTED unanimously to APPROVE Application #11198 – PDD#8, Regency Centers, applying for Modification to Detailed Plans under Section 12.5.2(b)(i) and (ii), to conform with Section 7 of the Zoning Regulations for a new restaurant use, to be known as “The Southbury Deli”, on property located at 775 Main Street South, Building “C”, Unit 120 (Southbury Green), subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED unanimously to APPROVE Application #11130, Modification of Detailed Plans and Text Amendment #11 pertaining to PPD#8, Southbury Green, located at 775 Main Street South, for the construction of landscape terrace walls and three exterior patios for restaurants located at buildings B, D & E, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
