At a regular meeting on March 2, 2021, the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
APPROVED: Application #11195 - Southbury Historic Society, Modification of the Special Exception under Schedule A, Line - B-3.1 to allow renovation of an existing 12’X20’ farm structure for the purpose of constructing a blacksmith forge on property located at 502 West Purchase Road (Ludorf Farm), Zone R-80.
APPROVED: Application #11192 - Christ the Savior Orthodox Church, Modification of the Special Exception under Schedule A, Line - B-3.1 to allow placement of an 18’x10’ storage shed on church property located at 1070 Roxbury Road, Zone R-60.
