The following decision was made at the Wednesday, March 10, 2021 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
VOTED unanimously to APPROVE Application #11172, Petition by Southbury Storage Properties, LLC (dba Southbury Self Storage) to amend the Zoning Regulations (Section 12) and Zoning Map for the establishment of a Planned Development District (PDD #22) for proposed storage area addition to an existing warehouse storage building (General Plans) for property located at 82 Poverty Road, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
