The Southbury Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 in the Southbury Town Hall located at 501 Main Street South, in Room 205, at 7:30 p.m., for the following application:
Application #11221- PPD #8, Southbury 84 Associates (owner), Regency Centers (applicant), applying for Modification of Detailed Plans and Text Amendment #14, to allow demo of a portion of the existing exterior wall for installation of a new store front window to match the existing windows, and to add new exterior signage for a retail clothing store, Athleta, at property located at Southbury Green, 775 Main Street South.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard. Written communications will also be received.
