The following decision was made at the Wednesday, April 14, 2021 regular meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
VOTED unanimously to APPROVE Application #11221- PPD #8, Southbury 84 Associates (owner), Regency Centers (applicant), applying for Modification of Detailed Plans and Text Amendment #14, to allow demo of a portion of the existing exterior wall for installation of a new store front window to match the existing windows, and to add new exterior signage for a retail clothing store, Athleta, at property located at Southbury Green, 775 Main Street South, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
