At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following action:
VOTED to forward a favorable response to Board of Selectmen – 8-24 Referral – Atkinson request to Purchase TOS land in Peach Orchards on West Flat Hill Road (Map 12, Block 2, Lots 6) & (Map 12, Block 2, Lot 11); subject to administrative requirements.
