The following decisions were made at the Wednesday, September 8, 2021 special meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
VOTED unanimously to APPROVE – amendments to Zoning Regulations (Sections 14.13, 14.13.1 and 14.13.2) which adopts a temporary moratorium on Cannabis establishments.
VOTED unanimously to APPROVE Application #21-245-Z - PDD #6, Pomperaug Woods Inc. Life Care retirement community, for the Modification of Detailed Plans under 12.5.2 (b)(ii) to upgrade the external campus with a landscaping plan and the addition of a gazebo to replace an existing, smaller gazebo, at their property located at 80 Heritage Road.
