The Southbury Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 in the Southbury Town Hall located at 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:30 p.m. for the following applications:
1. Application #21-295-Z, PDD#8, Southbury Green, 775 Main Street South applying for a Modification of Detailed Plans under 12.5.2 (b) (ii) and Text Amendment (Amendment #17) for redesigned signage package under PDD Regulation 2.3.7 Signs, to allow for modification to signage.
2. Application 21-300-Z, PDD#17, Heritage Center LLC, 464 Heritage Road, applying for a Modification of Detailed Plans under 12.5.2 and Text Amendment under 12.2.3 through 12.3.5 (Amendment #17) to add a drinking water treatment building and related use.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard. Written communications will also be received.
