At a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 the Southbury Zoning Commission took the following actions:
1. APPROVED Application 21-295-Z, PDD#8, Regency Centers, 775 Main Street South, for a Modification of Detailed Plans under 12.5.2 (b) (ii) and Text Amendment (Amendment #17) for redesigned signage package under PDD Regulation 2.3.7 Signs, to allow for modification to signage PDD Regulations.
2. APPROVED Application 21-300-Z, PDD#17, Heritage Center LLC, 464 Heritage Road for a Modification of Detailed Plans under 12.5.2 (b) (ii) and Text Amendment (Amendment #17) to add a drinking water treatment building and related use under PDD Regulations.
