At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve Special Exception Application – Shepaug Valley Bible Church, 88 Main Street South; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve Site Plan Application – Leisure Time, 1500 Southford Road; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to recommend a favorable response to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – Mencel request to Purchase Town of Southbury land in Berkshire Estates (Map 19B, Block 62, Lots 67-68); subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a recommendation of denial to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – Mencel request to Purchase Town of Southbury land in Berkshire Estates (Map 20B, Block 61, Lots 46-47).
