At a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
APPROVED with conditions – Application 21-319-Z, Calvary Fellowship Southbury, Applicant, 354 Kettletown Road. Applying for a Modification to Special Exception to the Zoning Regulations related to Schedule A, Line B-3.1 (Community Facilities and Service Uses) to add a coffee roasting project to the existing usage of the property.
