The following decision was made at the Wednesday, April 13, 2022 regular meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:
APPROVED: Proposed Moratorium to extend the Temporary and Limited Moratorium on Cannabis Establishments until June 8, 2023. (Amendments to Zoning Regulations, Section 14.13, 14.13.1 and 14.13.2, which adopted a temporary moratorium on Cannabis establishments were approved at a special meeting on September 8, 2021 and will expire on June 8, 2022).
