The Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205 at 7:30 p.m. for the following applications:
1) Application #22-022-Z: PDD #1, Text Amendment #9, Apple Real Estate (owner), Michael DePompeis (applicant), applying for a Proposed Text Amendment to allow for the opportunity of taking on an additional tenant(s) with the proposed use of warehousing at 425 Main Street North.
2) Application #22-081-Z: EG Home LLC applying for a Special Exception-Soil Extraction Permit for post blast rock crushing on Lot 19 Vista View Drive for use on site in the development of building lots approved for subdivision Southbury Hills aka Highland Estates.
