The Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:30 p.m. for the following applications:
- Application #22-151-Z: PDD#22, Southbury Storage Property, LLC, Applicant, applying for approval of Detailed Plans and Proposed Text Amendment #1 to amend the description of proposed buildings at 82 Poverty Road.
- Northpoint Ridge, LLC (Petitioner): Petition to Amend Zoning Regulation Text under Section 12 Planned Development, to provide for design and density bonus for mixed affordable and market-rate multi-family housing.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
