At their regular meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1687, 1988 Purchase Brook Road, Cathi Mastrorocco (applicant), for the emergency activity to replace two existing culverts under the existing driveway that were washed out due to storm making driveway impassable with one 60” HDPE pipe.
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1673A (Permit #1673 Modification), 216 Lee Farm Drive, Carl Hornbecker (applicant). The location and size (revised to 3000 gallons) of the new above ground fuel tank has been modified as per plans with revision date of May 4, 2022 drawn by Charles Spath of Stuart Somers Co., LLC entitled Alternative Tank Location.
