At a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

DENIED – Application #22-152-Z: Cindy L. Harrison, Applicant, applying for a Variance under Section 4.4 relating to setbacks to the street line as to permit the expansion of an existing porch located at 507 Jeremy Swamp Road, Zone R-60.
