At a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED and approved a Modification of Special Exception Application for Planned Development Unit #16 – 774 Main Street South; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED and unanimously approved the adoption of the 2020 Town of Southbury Pedestrian Safety Study with the following condition:
The board approves and adopts this study with the amendment of eliminating all reference to bike paths on Main Street North and Main Street South, as well as any raised medians on Main Street South.
