At their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1688: 359 Berkshire Road, Peter Tokarczyk (applicant), for the repair of an existing curtain and footing drain outlet.
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1692: 359 Berkshire Road, Peter Tokarczyk (applicant), after-the-fact application to replace a shed and cut and remove large tree in wetlands.
