Application #22-182-Z: Connecticut Water Company, Applicant, applying for a Special Exception, under Section 10.7 relating to permanent signs in residential districts and 10.7.1 under non-commercial signs, to permit relocation of an existing street sign at Heritage Village Wastewater Treatment Plant, 316 Heritage Road (128-70-8), Zone R-30A.
