At their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1696, 209 Bagley Road, Joshua Smith (applicant) to plant 12 trees in upland review area bordering wetlands in the front of property at 209 Bagley Road.
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1689, 91 Old Waterbury Road, Dan Rafferty on behalf of Sacred Heart Church (applicant), to replace existing culverts with pre-cast concrete box culvert under existing road.
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1693, Bennett Park, Town of Southbury Conservation Commission (applicant), to extend existing large boulders and large rip-rap to reduce erosion on east bank of Pomperaug River in two locations.
