At a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Zoning Commission for PDD #18: Electronic Vehicle Charging Station.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – installation of Standalone Pickle ball Courts at Community House Park.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – proposed three bay garage at the Main Street South Firehouse with the recommendation of moving the location of the proposed building.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – installation of an Exterior Pergola at the Southbury Library.
