At their regular meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1697, 280 Jeremy Swamp Road, John Mack (agent/applicant), Linda Beluli (owner), to construct single-family dwelling driveway crossing, new house, septic and well.
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1700, 67 Horse Fence Hill Road, Gilles Rousseau (applicant), after the fact approval for the creation of a pond.
APPROVED with conditions: Application #1703, 1380 Southford Road, Hairy Dog Realty LLC (applicant), 199 Burma Road, to construct common driveway and underground utilities to access two future building lots.
