At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification – 385 Main Street South, ION Bank for additional signage; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED to deny the Site Plan Modification – 971 Main Street North, Maggie McFly’s restaurant for replacement signage.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – installation of Pickle Ball Courts at Ballantine Park.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Zoning Commission for PDD #18 – Amendment adding medical office use to the general text for Building No.3.
