The Planning Commission of the Town of Southbury will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of LUNA Holdings, LLC for approval of a Special Exception & Site Plan for Affordable Housing under Ct Statutes Section 8-30g – 16 Apartment Units to be located on 312 Old Waterbury Road, Map 35, Block 32, Lot 21, Zone R-60.
Site Plan Map entitled Architectural Plans entitled The Gardens South “A Multi-Generational Housing Project” 312 Old Waterbury Road, Southbury, Connecticut 06488 (6 Sheets) prepared by Bennett Sullivan Associates, Inc. dated October 2022, and Engineering Plans entitled Site Plan and Subsurface Sewage Disposal Plan, 312 Old Waterbury Road (2 sheets), prepared by Wolff Engineering dated October 10, 2022 are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by Old Waterbury Road; on the East by The Gardens North Condominium’s; on the South by State of Connecticut (I-84 highway); and on the West by land N/F Timothy & Lisa Munson, and by land N/F Shaun Martinez.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
