At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following action:
VOTED to approve Section 12, (PDU) Planned Development Unit (App. #23-PC-0001) – Special Exception & Site Plan Applications for Luna Holdings, LLC, 312 Old Waterbury Road to allow construction of 16 unit multi-family dwelling as Affordable Housing under Ct State Statutes Section 8-30g; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
