The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Stevie Sacco for approval of a Modification to the Approved Special Exception – Requesting to revise hours of operation for the table service restaurant (Bevy Company) located at 22 Poverty Road, Map 29, Block 66, Lot 12; Zone B-2C.
The Statement of Use requesting to revise hours of operation at the Bevy Company is available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F 32 Poverty Road, LLC; on the North East by land N/F KPMM Realty Holdings, LLC; on the East by land N/F KB Holdings, LLC; on the South by land N/F HLB Properties, LLC; and on the West by land N/F JK Properties, LLC, land N/F Poverty Road; on the North West by land N/F Offmainre, LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
